Go to 'Export' tab and upload a custom image as the background which you can freely scale or transform from the preview itself (left-click/touch and drag to move, scroll/pinch to zoom, double-click/tap to reset). Click on the square next to your color input to open the default color picker (which varies based on your browser). Export it as image (in .PNG format) after you are done adjusting it to your needs.

Rest of things are obvious so I won't talk about them. The custom image you upload stays in your browser and everything runs locally (please read Riham Blogs' Privacy Policy). This web page is a parody and not associated with Genius in any way. My watermark can be removed before export.
